first off, AutoCAD never worked on my machine then it simply freezes, no matter if I open a file or just simply the application itself. So, in the attached picture is as far as I can get when I open AutoCAD 2016 on my Windows 10 圆4 GTX 970 machine. I am a MEP design engineer to start with.
